Located at 12120 Copper Avenue NE, East Gate Kids specializes in infant, toddler, Pre-K, and before- and after-school care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. We also offer a fun and engaging Summer Program with weekly field trips, swimming, Art Camp, and Science Girl Lab for school-age students.
We believe that the period from birth to five years-old is critical in building a strong foundation for a child’s future success. Did you know studies show that if an 18-month-old has strong verbal skills, they will excel in reading? We work to develop and enhance early communication skills with our curriculum, beginning in our infant and toddler classrooms by using music, baby sign language, reading, and toys for tuning fine motor skills. For our slightly older students, our high-quality free NM Pre-K Program has helped many children start to read and write before beginning kindergarten. We have seen our students go on to excel in school and be career-minded with the skills they have developed while at East Gate Kids.
